Design Objectives

To create a back yard environment that would become an extension and reflection of the design of the house.

To have a more formalized garden in the back transitioning into the naturally forested background.

For the back yard to become a cooler place to sit and enjoy the landscape.

To provide Guest Parking and a Future Garage /site location off of the existing circular drive.

To solve some fairly major drainage problems (large amounts of water coming from surrounding properties).

A new walkway from the circular drive and new walk connections to other areas of the landscape.
